Torta al Testo Festival
August 3rd/12th 2018, Sant'Egidio, Perugia

The torta al testo is a poor dough made with water and flour. It is normally seasoned with local cold-cured meats and/or cheeses.
The Festival is organized by the “Associazione Sportiva S.Egidio” from 1974. Its aim was, and already is, to promote this special Umbrian product.
The torta al testo is baked and this peculiarity makes this product so special.
This Festival is among the three most important Umbrian Festivals. Every evening there will be music, shows and entertainments for children and adults.
