Dumplings with red Onion and Vernaccia
- Red Onion
- Soft cheese
- Liquid cream
Take the red onion, cut it finely and cook it with butter, sprinkle with the Vernaccia wine and let it evaporate. Take the soft cheese and melt with the cream, add it to the sweated onion.
Cook the dumplings and pan-fry them in the pan, add the Parmesan cheese.
Serve and sprinkle with some drops of Vernaccia.
