Spello - In Urbe

Just 10 km from Assisi, 25 km from Perugia, 30 km from Spoleto, Spello is a fascinating city founded by the ancient Umbrian people and then Hispellum appointed by the Romans. Surrounded by olive groves, overlooking the beautiful Umbrian plain, Spello is a city rich in history. Walking through the narrow streets you can find monuments of Roman, medieval and Renaissance architecture.

Our apartments are located in the historic center of Spello, Via Giulia 97, where you can admire the Arch of Augustus (of Roman origin), and easily explore the entire city. The apartments of different sizes (Studios, two-rooms, two four-rooms) are all equipped with air conditioning, independent heating, WIFI, color satellite TV with two foreign language channels and outdoor spaces. Each house offers its guests a fantastic view of the Umbrian hills, Mount Subasio or the well-known towns of Montefalco and Spoleto. While the four-room apartment with the roof terrace has a private outdoor area, our one-bedroom apartments offer an outside corner where you can read a book or enjoy breakfast.
