The onsite restaurant offers guests the chance to taste authentically prepared regional dishes and the impressive organic garden plays an important role in the recipes.  The restaurant  is located in a characteristic room with a typical brick ceiling and large impressive fireplace.  The chef has carefully selected menus that include am excellent variety of typical Umbrian fare. You will have the chance to savour our products of “L’Orto di Fra Crispino”, which all have a common thread, the Love for genuine food. This love and the most ancient traditions have given birth to the Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the Wines, the Legumes, the Jams and the Honey.

From North: highway A1 Florence Rome direction Rome, exit Valdichiana/Bettolle
From South: highway A1 Florence Rome direction Florence, exit Orte
Continue for both direction Perugia E45 than Assisi- Foligno till the exit S. Maria degli Angeli Sud - Cannara/Castelnuovo.
(1 hour From the exit of the Highway to the exit Castelnuovo cannara)
Cuntinue straight on direction Cannara Castelnuovo for 3 kilometres, arrive to Castelnuovo, a little town. You will find a restaurant on the left and a grocery to the right, take the right at the brown signs Resort e Spa San Crispino.
After 500 metres turn left. Follow the dirt road for 1,5 kilometres till the tree-lined road of the Resort.
