Barrels Palio
June 24th/30th, Marsciano
This Palio is one of the most ancient traditions in Marsciano, one of the Umbrian City of the wine. The Palio is a challenge between 8 Wards: Ammeto, Centro, Cerro, Ponte, Schiavo, San Francesco, Tripoli and Via Larga. The people who belong to the different Wards have to push the barrels along the streets to win the Palio.
During this celebration there will be music, exhibitions, projections and local dishes to eat.
