Goose Festival
July 29th/August 7th 2022, Bettona
The idea of the Festival as a promotional event was invented in Bettona at the end of the sixties. By that period the Festival didn’t want to represent the Goose, but the Porchetta, another Umbrian excellent product.
Moreover, the Goose Festival was invented in the eighties and immediately began a real succes!
The aim of the Festival is to keep the ancient tradition. During this event, in addition to the goose, you can also eat gnocchi and tagliatelle with the goose sauce, bruschette with our olive oil, meats and other products from Bettona.
During these days there will also be exhibitions in the main streets of the town.
