Torgiano - Agriturismo Miralduolo

The country resort Agriturismo Miralduolo lies in the middle of the Umbrian landscape (the “green heart of Italy”) inside a 130 Hectare large farm-ground specialized in the growth of cereals, vegetables, sugar beet and olive oil.
It enjoys a magnificent view of the old part of the city of Perugia and lies near the medieval town of Torgiano, the wine-town.
The distance from the  Trasimeno Lake and the other art-towns of Umbria (Assisi, Spoleto, Gubbio, Todi) is short. The airport of Perugia S. Egidio is very near.
The country resort Miralduolo consists of an old country-house of the mid 19th century and the annexed tobacco drying buildings, the buildings have been carefully restored and reconstructed in the respect of their original architecture, thus creating eight large apartments (for 6, 4 and 2 persons), carefully furnished, with kitchen, bathrooms, TV, fire-places and private table on the outside.
After a visit to the art-towns of Umbria and of the near Tuscany (Siena 100 km, Florence 140 km) you may relax in the large solarium of the swimming-pool surrounded by trees and flowers in the middle of the good smell of nature and take a sun-bath the whole day long.
The surroundings allow walks, horse-rides (horse-farm at 1 km distance), bike-rides (bikes available for the guests, together with maps with recommended itineraries) at the discovery of  beautiful and panoramic sites.
The children can play table-tennis or table-soccer. You may angle on the property along the river Tiber or else in the near-by sport-fishing pond. Even guided visits to the farm activities are organized.
Tennis-courts and a golf-course are at short distance.
In the barbecue the guest may organize happy grill-parties.
The guests can buy DOC-wines, native olive-oil and other local specialties.

Florence: coming from Florence take the Bettolle exit towards Perugia, drive beyond Perugia towards Cesena till you reach Ponte San Giovanni; when you can see the Park Hotel, take the Ponte San Giovanni-Torgiano exit and take the road to Torgiano for two km, beyond Ferriera locality, you’ll find Miralduolo Farm Holidays on your right hand side.
From North:
Cesena-Verghereto: coming from Cesena take the E45 towards Perugia; soon after the Assisi junction, when you can see the Park Hotel,take the Ponte San Giovanni-Torgiano exit and take the road to Torgiano for two km, beyond Ferriera locality, you’ll find Miralduolo Farm Holidays on your right hand side.
From South:
Rome: coming from Rome take the Orte exit and drive for roughly 90 km towards Perugia; untill you’ll reach Ponte San Giovanni; when you can see the Park Hotel, take the Ponte San Giovanni-Torgiano exit and take the road to Torgiano for two km, beyond Ferriera locality, you’ll find Miralduolo Farm Holidays on your right hand side.
