It’s time to celebrate the new season’s extravirgin olive oil. It’s the new edition of UNTO (Unesco, Natura, Territorio, Olio), the event that celebrate this coming. During this event there will be a lot of tastings of Umbrian products, as the extravirgin olive oil, the truffle, the cold-cured meats, the beans and the wine.
During this period Assisi will open its dors to all the citizens who want to visit the city, but also the galleries and do guided visits by the UNESCO. You can also partecipate at cooking classes, concerts, shows and visit the olive oil mills. Of course you will taste the new season’s extravirgin olive oil on bruschette!
