Leonucci Winery is situated in Massa Martana on lands particularly to viticulture. Born from a peasant tradition that, for generations, always made wine for itself and few friends, now the farm would like to give the same top-quality wine to others.
The aim is to plant few red-berry vines (8,5 hectares of Sagrantino and 1,5 hectare of Merlot) in order to obtain a unique and limited quality, using the best cultural techniques, fruit of a long and field study, made personally trampling the best vineyards of central Italy.
The winery, though small, located - as tradition - under the patronal house, contains new barriques, built with precious French woods and, in a lower rate, with American oak, that today preserve a delightful nectar.
