Palazzo Altieri, situated within the ancient castrum inside the town walls, has an important and rich gallery of frescoes from the Roman school depicting scenes from the Bible. For centuries, the Palace was the seat of the Bishops of Todi. Enlarged in the XVII century, it was embellished with beautiful gardens and spectacular water fountains.
