Todi - Cantina Todini

The Todini estate is situated at Collevalenza, just 6 km from Todi. The estate consists of 300 hectares of arable land and 30 hectares of vineyards and is a fine example of agricultural management, employing low environmental impact methods and representing the perfect blend of agriculture and tourism. The gentle Umbrian hills are the backdrop to a wonderful array of vines of various varieties dating back to immemorial time such as grechetto di Todi and Sangiovese.
A favourable micro climate, the special quality of the soil and the expertise of the wine producers have made it possible to produce excellent DOC and IGT wines.
Nero della Cervara, Grechetto di Todi DOC and Rubro Sangiovese DOC, three highly traditional Umbrian wines, are the winery’s top of the range products. The Estate has been producing wine for over 20 years now; however, it has recently decided to renew the majority of its vineyards and completely reorganise its cellars with the latest machinery and technology, taking great care to ensure that this new technology is fully in keeping with the tradition and the desire to produce the finest quality wines possible.
